Position: Sr. Executive/ Dy. Manager - Compensation and Benefits Location: Mumbai, Kanjurmarg Job Purpose: To oversee and administer the employee's perfect rewards and smart benefits. The person will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company's profile as best place to work. Job Responsibilities: - Define/ Design a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals - Develop competitive benefit packages in line with work culture and organisational objectives. - Monitoring salary structure and benefits all the time - Ensure the C&amp;B programs comply with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements - Design, develop and implement salary, bonus and benefits packages for all employees - Comparing benefits and compensation plan, job classification, and salaries through data and cost analysis - Ensure that employee benefits policies are in line with the best practices followed in the Industry - Collaborate with external vendors like Insurance brokers, bench-marking agencies and benefits vendors - Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.) - Share periodic MIS reports and insights with key management stakeholders - Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations Must Have: Education: Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource from reputed B-School Experience and exposure: - 5 - 7 years of which last 2-3 years in C&amp;B. - Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Should have worked on compensation benchmarking / job evaluation knowledge
