Head Retiral : 1. Must have excellent knowledge of the PF Act. 2. Must/ should have managed PF in an organization which has its own PF Trust. 3. Should have managed the fund's corpus and records of the past in case of any queries. 4. Should have experience in investing the corpus funds as appropriate. 5. Responsible for Managing the End to End PF Trust activity for active as separated employees. 6. Need to manage Provident Fund activities like o PF Transfer-In o PF withdrawal o PF Transfer Out o NRW o EPS withdrawal & 10D Pension o Nomination o Deceased Case Pension. 7. Monitoring Form 11 database for UAN generation & EPS calculation. 8. Checking and validating Statutory ECR files shared by PF Vendor with our database - Ensure timely payment of Income Tax, related returns, and issuance of Form-16. 9. Monitoring PF Investment as per prescribed Investment pattern approved by Labour ministry. 10. Tracking Interest accrued as well as Interest Due but Not Received (on Investment). 11. Monthly Reporting of Fund Flow statement to Treasury Operation for further Investment Planning. 12. Assistance & addressing query related to PF Trust Balance Sheet with external auditors. 13.Liaison with Government Statutory Authorities for day to day activity. 14. Responsible for Internal & external Audits related to PF & EPS impact to GL. 15. Close Coordination with Stake Holder includes HR, PF Vendor, PF Officials & Treasury Team. 16. ADHOC MIS as per requirement of Management. 17. Timely Implementation of any change directed by PF authority applicable to Bank. 18.
