Job Purpose:

Sales, Marketing & Business Development:-

1. Defining sales and marketing objectives and designing/streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.

2. Developing business plans, sales strategy and managing sales operations.

3. Implementing business strategies for tapping opportunities, developing and expanding market share to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

4. Developing top line and bottom line business objectives.

5. Responsible to make new units operational of the group globally.

6. To open new market for export of wai wai noodle in Africa, Middle East and central Asia.

7. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

8. Designing sales plans & controlling budgets.

9. Analysing market trends and tracking competitors- activities to provide inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning of sales and marketing strategies.

10. Managing P & L.

11. Development and implementation of marketing plans.

12. Responsible for Brand Management, communication (Traditional and New), Promotion etc. and Developing and Executing Marketing strategies in coordination with Sales Team, Agencies etc.

13. Develop Advertising / Media Strategy.

14. Prepare media briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, Prepare media plan, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vis a vis objective of media initiative including management of share of voice and selection of media such as radio, television, print, online, and outdoors etc.

15. Selection of the most appropriate types of media to be used by analyzes behavior and media habits of targeted customers.

16. Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

17. Coordinate with the media to disseminate brand communication, product launch communication.

18. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns (Content / Design / Engagement) and day-to-day activities with aim to convert fans/followers/ Likes into customers.

19. Must have Proper Digital Knowledge to increase efficiency & remain abreast with the international standards & technology.

Channel Management & Logistics:-

1. Establishing strategic alliances with service oriented dealers/ distributors and other channel partners, resulting in deeper market reach and penetration.

2. Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue targets.

3. Developing/ sustaining the existing network and effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective deliverables.

4. Managing logistics operations involving coordinating with supply chain team, demand planning and C&F agents.

Qualifications (For new recruits): MBA-Marketing & Sales.

Experience (For new recruits): 15 to 20 Years

International experience with FMCG background is preferable

Salary Package (For new recruits): 32 to 36 Lacs
