One of our clients, a leading Power company is looking after CFO who can lead investments (fund raising both debt & equity, M&A, strategic finance) & oversee and manage other accounting, finance & controller ship functions.
An ideal candidate Must:
- Have corporate strategy, M&A, investments and fund raising experience with a power/energy company.
- Have worked with Power/Energy/Infrastructure company in a project/SPV structure.
- Be an MBA from TOP B-school in India or abroad
- Have handled fund raising (Debt & Equity) & M&A and overseen other finance activities.
