We are looking for a CFO (General Manager level) for an engineering services company in Hyderabad.  Turnover of the Company - INR 50 crores (Part of Group having trunover of more than USD 2.1 billion)   Total Employees - 220 (Group has more than 10000 employees)  Provide strategic and operational direction to the Business finance function thus enabling the achievement of the organizational strategy. Drive accurate preparation of the books of accounts and its timely reporting. Develop robust financial / accounting systems and processes including proper internal checks and controls across the organization, implement good corporate governance policies and risk mitigation practices. Facilitate proper statutory compliance in respect of the Company  The incumbent is required to perform the following roles & responsibilities:  - Finance Strategy  - Financial Reporting  - Statutory Compliance  - Financing/Funding: Long Term and working capital  - Finance Systems, Processes and Policies  - Team Development and Management  - Corporate Governance and risk management  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE  Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years experience with exposure to fund raising of small extent of about Rs. 20-30 Cr.   Experience in dealing with PE Funds is desirable but not compulsory.
