CFO - Fund Raising

Hiring for a CFO for large Indian MNC

- Looking for a CFO with 20+ years of experience

- Should be able to raised 400 Crore fund.

- Should have access to various P.Es, Venture capital etc

- Should be well versed of SEBI, Company Law, Excise, Sales Tax, Legal Laws, Patent, Insurance, Land Laws, etc

- Should have sound understanding of transfer pricings.

- Experience in Mergers, JV's, Fund Raising, Taxation, Banking relations

- Reporting to MD

- Will manage a team of 3 people

- Can be promoted to Board in 1-2 years time.
