Client is a leading petrochemical/Oil&Gas company in Tamilnadu
Job title: CFO/Deputy CFO
Responsibilities :
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Strong leadership experience in leading change, adhering to statutory regulations & compliance, building relationship with stakeholders & driving growth prospects.
- Strong in financial strategy, forecasting, fund raising, investment analysis, Business risk identification, mitigation, and pro-active approach towards improving the financial health of the organisation.
- Strategist who can optimize cost, drive cost consciousness across the organisation, achieve organisation goals set by the board of directors and drive vision of the organisation.
- Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
- Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
- Strong cross functional exposure, proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders, working with a large size team, driving organisational projects & assignment
