Our key services are shared CFO services, transaction advisory services and other one-time finance engagements. Key Responsibilities : To support CFO Bridge's TAIS engagements. Specifically, the role will include the following : - Financial modelling: Develop multi-year financial projection models using key drivers relevant to the client's business and purpose. The projections may be used for equity raise, debt raise or internal decision making. - Pitch deck preparation: Prepare pitch decks that capture the key business and financial characteristics of the client's business and consider the expectations of the prospective investor - Investor list: Identify list of prospective investors for each fund raise considering the sector, size and the stage of the investor's fund status - Due diligence: On behalf of investors, conduct due diligence of target companies from a financial management and compliance perspective - Due diligence assist: On behalf of target companies, manage the due diligence by coordinating between the due diligence firm and the company. Responsibilities will include data room preparation and responding to due diligence queries In addition : - To provide decision support to top management of our clients on key decisions backed by financial analysis - Financial &amp; management reporting - which includes financial/month end closure for a region and reporting required metrics. - Budgets and Operational Plans - Manpower Plan, Sales Plan, Income and Expense Budget, Branch wise and Department wise allocation of budgets, Quarterly Projections updating, Variance Analysis &amp; Control. - Present ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to partner - Initiate and drive projects leading to cost savings/efficiency improvement Top Skills : - Structured thinking - Oral and written communication skills - Analytical and business sense - Ability to correlate financial information with past and prospective business performance and risks - Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Qualifications : - CA and or MBA - 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles Preferred Locations : Mumbai, Chennai
