Job Description:

Qualifications: - CA (ideally 1st attempt)/MBA from a reputed institute

Experience: - 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing and leading the engagements pertaining to valuations for fund raising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.

- Complete understanding of Financial & Valuations methodologies

- Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in the specific valuation areas

- Business Modeling and Plan Development and an ability to analyse and envisage new / key industry trends

- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational aspects to valuations

- Thorough understanding of valuation methods and valuation products (Business, Intangibles, ESOP, Option valuation) and Valuation situations

- Continuously develop technical expertise and industry/business/sector knowledge - Participating in industry and M&A conferences

- Contribution to knowledge management
