CEVA Logistics - Key Account Manager (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Management of allocated customers - Existing and new
- Business retention and development
- Developing and communicating the SOP's for the customers in line with their service level expectations
- Penetrating organization structure of the customers and developing relationship at all levels beyond main point of contact
- Develop a growth plan inclusive of volume and bottom line targets
- Monitoring and reporting performance
- Develop account strategy
- Ensure revenue targets are met
- Define and implement Service Level Agreements
- In line with SLA's, assign/co-ordinate with country touch points in consultation with Country Management.
- Align strategy with Trade Management and agree pricing mandates accordingly
- Contract negotiation and renewal
- Co-ordinate RFQ's and rate requests
- Increase efficiency by recommending IT solutions
- Working on cost saving solutions for the customer
