CERTUS Plus Labs is looking for talented individuals with a passion for developing business intelligence solutions through advanced data analysis and sophisticated algorithms. A working knowledge of the latest big data technology stacks is essential. Experience in prescriptive & predictive mathematical modeling, machine learning and deep learning is preferable. Primary responsibilities will include developing actionable insights through advanced mathematical analysis and communicating the same through compelling visualization.

The following skill set is desirable:

- Expertise in developing high performance code in Python

- Expertise in exploratory data analysis utilizing Jupyter notebooks

- Experience in predictive model development using R

- Expert knowledge of mathematical optimization

- Experience with open source deep learning libraries

- Some experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem

- Some experience with advanced analytics using Apache Spark

- Experience with Tableau or other visualization systems

- Working knowledge of mining unstructured data and Natural Language Processing

- Working knowledge of Agent Based Simulation Models (ABM)

Qualifications:

A MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, or another quantitative discipline from elite schools is preferred. Fresh out of school graduates may apply.

Typical projects will include one or more of the following:

- Analysis of very large data sets (e.g. clickstream data)

- Open source deep learning libraries and artificial neural networks

- Heuristic optimization methods (e.g. genetic algorithms)

- Supply chain network optimization and general operations research analysis

- Game theoretic analysis

- Internet of Things (IoT)

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct advanced mathematical analysis on client data sets to extract actionable insights with a quick turnaround, following agile methodology and adaptive execution

- Design and implement advanced algorithms to solve real life business optimization problems

- Productionize and deploy advanced decision support systems

- Actively work with client facing teams
