We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Refurbishment & Recycling division at our state-of-art factory located in Industrial belt of Narasapura, Kolar (near Bangalore). - Lead growing team of QA engineers responsible for the quality of outgoing products like refurbished laptops, desktops and other IT hardware products by conducting series of quality tests and identify malfunctions.

- Implement comprehensive Quality testing strategies

- QA Manager ensures compliance to SOP and products meet our company's quality standards

- Coordinate with Operations team to understand feature requirements and best integrate QA with ongoing development

- Identifying scope for technological changes to enhance productivity

- Coordinate with leadership to define and prioritize projects.
