CEO - Villa Project (15-25 yrs)
- The candidate should have a valid US work Visa.
- Ensure high-quality construction, site experience and on-time delivery.
- Provide leadership at the project site, and ensure all plan elements are achieved per the company goals.
- Work closely with architecture and structural engineering to ensure impeccable alignment.
- Establish overall project execution policies, especially in the areas of project organization, communication, project schedule, quality assurance, purchasing, logistics, safety, emergency evacuation, financing, construction resources, and project completion.
- Set departments' goals, objectives and plans and work with the team on attaining such goals.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Establish basic work plans for engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, commissioning, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with sales and CRM team to ensure sales achievement and a high level of customer centricity.
- Ensure effective succession planning in the team.
