Job Description :


- Full accountability and lead the organization to attain the vision and mission of the recruitment consulting arm


Client Details :

Our client is a recruitment firm specializing in providing manpower solutions in staffing/contracting

Description :

1. Plan, Coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals


2. Work closely with the Directors and prepare the annual budgets, complete risk analysis on
potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and
return


3. Support or Assist Board to plan and implement long-term business strategies


4. Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in
partnership with division managers


5. Business Development and addition of the new clients


6. Monitoring the profitability and steady growth


7. Implement Cost Reduction and System improvement activities in all fields


8. Arrange weekly meetings to review and monitor the growth of the hiring/closures


9. Teamwork and collaboration skills with the Directors, Stakeholders, employees, vendors,
clients, etc.

Profile :

- 15+ years in IT staffing/recruitment industry


- A good track record in business development and adding enterprise clients onto the portfolio


- Current/preferred location to be Bengaluru


- MBA in Human Resources/Sales/Marketing preferred although not necessary
