CEO - Outsourcing Services - CA Firm (12-18 yrs)
Job Brief :
1) Lead the entire outsourcing division Managing all existing verticals across geographies like US, UK and Australia.
Below are the service lines :
a) Audit
b) Tax
c) Bookkeeping
d) SOC and HITRUST
e) GST/VAT
2) Manage the entire team of around 100 plus members
3) Help in building robust processes in all service lines along with different managers/senior managers/directors
4) Establishment of strong operational controls for all processes.
5) Monitoring various metrics like utilization, efficiency, reduction of review points, etc.
6) Overseeing pilot projects and eventual conversion to full projects
7) Guiding the overall sales and marketing strategy of the organization and taking part in key sale pitches.
Requirements :
1) At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position in a respectable outsourcing service provider in India
2) Willingness to travel overseas
3) Strong technical and operational background
4) Expertise in quickly scaling teams
5) Strong Client relationships
