CEO - Mining/Iron Ore

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing entire operations of Iron Ore Mines, Crushers and Beneficiation plants

- In-charge of the entire business unit

- Optimization of resources

- Effective utilization of resources like plants and machinery, infrastucture and human resources etc.,

- Execution of mining projects for the extraction of iron ore.

- Develop and maintain the Company's goal to operate to the highest standards.

- Achievement of business goals and objectives

- Responsible for achieving production targets

- Implement and adopt best practices for production

- Identify potential issues and collaborate with mines and mineral processing team to prevent or resolve them

- Ensure complete adherence to safety standards

- Ensure maintenance plans and schedules are coordinated and reviewed with production demands

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Male, B.E/B.Tech Mining or Mineral Processing with 25+ years experience in handling mining operations and mineral processing plant operations. Experience in Iron Ore is a must. Knowledge of Telugu is a must.
