Job Title / Designation: CEO Human Capital Solutions - Mumbai Semi Entrepreneurial opportunity The Client (About the Organization / Group) : This operation is new division / venture focused on AI based Human Capital / People Productivity solutions / Consulting - The initial offering is a cloud / AI based software for Talent / Culture Analytics, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management leading to Culture & ROI transformation - Enhanced productivity / performance - The Group is a constituent member of Global TOP 40 Executive Search network with 40+ offices in the Americas, Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia-Pacific. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): - To independently, set up, manage & GROW the Business in India & SAARC - profitably a) Build organization to drive the business in India & SAARC b) Lead a team comprising of key functionaries including Zonal Sales Heads (BD & Service), Franchise partners, Implementation Consultants / Systems integrators for SuccessFactors or similar HCM software c) Curate, empanel & manage a set of Independent Culture & ROI transformation consultants - ex CEOs & CHROs d) Manage relationships and drive business from strategic key account e) Coordinate with principal's office in USA / Mexico for execution f) Drive and garner revenues from the Certification Training Revenue Stream g) P & L Responsibility The Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience i) Around 50 years ii) Engg + MBA preferred iii) Ideally has been a CEO / Sales Director in a mid-size CONSULTING company and well networked / strong relationships with CEO- s, CSO's / Sales Directors iv) Experience of leading a business of around Rs.100 crores v) At least 10 years in Business / Productivity / Transformation/ CONSULTING Solutions vi) Has concurrently handled multiple divisions across multi businesses vii) Experience and exposure to HR Tech/Consulting; HR industry experience will be an added advantage viii) Experience in leading Businesses / start-ups, international collaborations: B2B ix) Experience in developing franchise network for the business x) Entrepreneurial / Start up experience is highly desirable.
