Our client, the international group in Specialty Chemical manufacturing, a global leader in a few categories, is looking for a CEO/General Manager to start a Specialty Chemical trading company.

The successful candidate will:

- Will directly report into MD of the group, a well-known entrepreneur in specialty chemical space

- Will have 15+ years of specialty chemical trading business

- Will have a strong network in the specialty chemical market

- Will have an entrepreneurial mindset to identify trading opportunities

- Will have the strategic mindset to put together a strategy/business plan

- Will have leadership qualities to build and groom team under him

Roles and responsibilities:

- Identify the trading opportunities in specialty chemical space

- Make a business case around the opportunity

- Build a team and execute the business

Location: Mumbai
