We are urgently hiring for CEO (Chief Executive Officer) for one of our fastest growing NBFC/Financial Service Client in Ahmedabd.

Position Details:

Company: India's fastest growing Financial Service Company in Ahmedabad.

Position: CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Experience: 15+ Years of Experience in NBFC/ Financial Service Company (Experience in Stock Trading Business/ Loan against Security, Equity & Shares are preferred)

Salary: As per the market Standard

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Executive Officer who can lead the team with an effective business strategy that optimizes the companys growth. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in stock broking industry / Loan against Security, Equity & Shares with an aspiration to create a unique, first of its kind trading model in India.

Currently he should hold the position of CEO/MD/Director/ CBO/ COO/ At least Sr. VP in his current Organization.

Responsibilities:

- Work with key executives to enable execution of short-term goals and long-term business strategy.

- Build and engage senior leadership team with clear succession planning.

- Building the tech team for development of state of the art trading technology / architecture, trading policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

- Oversee all trading operations and risk management system (RMS) activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall business strategy.

- Review and analyse financial results, MIS; take appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance (if any).

- Develop long term IT framework for the company and create required team/ infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards as defined by regulatory authorities.

- Define long term recruitment strategy, training infrastructure, best in class HR policies and ensure adherence to achieve desired results.

- Build trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong quantitative aptitude

- Analytical skills

- Strong understanding of stock broking industry

- Proven track record of leading a large organization and developing trust based relationships

- Ability to work and bring structure in uncertain environment

- Ability to scale up operations rapidly

- More importantly, Currently he should hold the position of CEO/MD/Director/ CBO/ COO/ At least Sr. VP in his current Organization.
