- Leading the Indian organization of the company towards stability and profitability, driving the P & L

- Leading the Indian Management Team in a culturally accepted and positive manner towards success and acceptance

- Working on Strategies for India which are pragmatic and implementable

- Working on a effective Organization and Processes

- Cooperation with Board of Directors in India

- Working together with CEO of Group in a Target oriented, pragmatic manner

- Establishing Business connections

Profiles must know Kannada

Profiles must have experience in Manufacturing. Copper Products Manufacturing would be an added advantage

Profiles must have completed BE/BTech in Electrical / Electronics

Salary : 35-38 Lakhs
