1 Should be able to lead the teams operating in all the revenue lines and scaling up the Retail Broking / Securities Business, Fintech Marketplace, Trading Business, Listings Business, Market Data Business, and Index Business.

2 Deliver substantial growth in equity segment, equity derivatives segment, debt market segment, mutual fund segment, portfolio management services.

3 Make stock market accessible and affordable to all while building the next generation online investment platform, focused on data analytics driven user experience management.
