Looking to hire CEO/Business Head for a Real Estate division of a Leading Business Conglomerate, He will be responsible for providing strategic leadership & direction to all Group reality initiatives,and will work closely with promoters & the Leadership team across businesses to ensure high class execution of projects in a cost effective & best in class manner

Qualification- B Tech- Civil/Architect.
Job Responsibility
Strategizing and executing real estate initiatives across the Group viz residential development, bungalow, villas, offices, branch offices, hospitals, schools, townships etc.
Running and maintaining P&L and managing key functions like Strategy and project management.
Liaisoning and co- ordination with all External Agencies and Statutory Authorities, Architects,
Consultants, Suppliers, Contractors and Service providers to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Benchmarking and establishing practices conforming with international standards.
Vetting building designs and suggesting value engineering options for implementation.
Finalising interiors of properties.
