Century Real Estate - Manager - Fund Raising

Job Summary:

Required to undertake financial modeling for funding of various projects and to prepare reports/presentations for the same.

- Responsible for loan sanction

- To co-ordinate for Title Opinion, Valuation, Techno-economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, etc

- Responsible for loan documentation and post sanction compliance

- Responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within the real estate segment, followed by structuring and analyzing the gathered data.

- To maintain databases and assist the manager in operational work.

Minimum Requirement:

- CA / MBA with Finance as Majors

- Should have 3 -5 Years of experience after education

- Must have worked in the field of finance with Real Estate Company/ Consulting firms/NBFC/PE/AIF

Skills and Knowledge:

- Expert knowledge of MS EXCEL, PPT

- Financial Modeling

- Analytical

- Report writing

- Good financial understanding

- Team Player & able to build effective relationships within and outside organization

- Good interpersonal skills

- Confident communication style able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels within the firm
