Century Real Estate - Assistant Manager - Channel Activation & Marketing (3-5 yrs)

With a business partner network of over a 1000 active partners, the most important role of the channel activation & marketing manager will be working across the Century Real Estate portfolio to support, enable, and activate all marketing for the Channel Partner network.

The same will extending marketing support to outstation partner networks like in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mangalore, Mysore and Mumbai. The role is an active and mobile role and requires holistic understanding of marketing and activations and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the Channel Team and partner network in all Channel outreach, brand-building, relationship-building, product-marketing initiatives.

- Work closely with the Marketing program leader on cascading monthly, quarterly plans, promotions and initiatives to the Channel Team and network across both offline and online channels.

- Play an integral role is activating product launches, phase-launches, go-to- market strategies, for the Channel Partner network.

- Ensuring timely dissemination of material, follow through, monitoring and optimisation of efforts and results.

- Be the SPOC on percolating all initiatives and updates to the Channel Team in a timely and prompt manner, while working with the central marketing team to plan and ideate new innovations for Channel.

- Proactively explore and drive opportunities to add to revenue and ROI from activation efforts.

Experience:


- 3- 5 years of direct experience in known brands will be preferred. Quicker joining-timelines will be preferred.

Managerial Skills:


- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally with team-members and problem-solve will be required.

Education:


- Post-graduate in Communications/ Marketing / MBA is a must for long-term growth in the organisation. Demonstrated understanding of real estate and marketing operations will be an added advantage.

Profile:


- The ideal candidate will be ready to handle business timelines and challenges, possess a positive and problem-solving mind-set, outgoing personality, be highly collaborative, passionate about marketing, digitally aware, adaptable and the first to take initiative.

- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Enterprise platforms is a must.
