Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes):
- Prior experience in operations and client servicing roles in EdTech or training industry
- Hands-on with productivity, CRM and communication tools will be a plus
- Prior experience in leading end to end client project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Desirable Attributes :
- Able to work in fast paced evolving environment
- Ability to work with large customer base and have customer first approach
- Have process driven thinking
Target Industry/Sector :
- Training/ Skilling Industry
- B2C/ B2B EdTech experience preferred
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Lead and manage the end-to end operations for customers and service providers during their lifecycle
- Own and manage process workflows to ensure timely and high-quality service to customers
- Proactively maintain positive relationship with clients to achieve high NPS
- Manage hands-on the tools and portals being used by learners, trainers and employers
- Manage scheduling and relationship of service provider (trainer/ content provider)
- Attend and resolve customer issues in process-oriented approach to eliminate future occurrences
- Closely work with other functions to ensure smooth operations in business
- Prepare and provide timely reports to management as per specification
