Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes):

- Prior experience in curriculum and pedagogy development in ed-tech or training industry

- Exposure to instructional design, assessment creation and/ or teaching is a plus

- Prior experience in leading end to end online course development lifecycle

- Prior experience in content and technology interfacing

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Knowledge of multiple tools and LMS to develop and publish engaging / interactive curriculum

Desirable Attributes:

- Able to work in fast paced evolving environment

- Ability to work with large teams (freelancer or internal)

- Ability to adopt new tools and technology to aid efficient content creation

Target Industry/Sector:

- Training/ Skilling Industry

- B2C/ B2B EdTech experience preferred

Key Responsibility Areas:

This will include but not limited to

- Develop curriculum, content architecture and learning goals in consultation with experts

- Lead the design and development of job-ready courses for our customers

- Drive engagement metrics through superior content and pedagogy

- Explore various methods for effective pedagogy and implement end to end with development team

- Lead workflow development and quality assurance for freelance content developers

- Be accountable for ensuring timely delivery and high quality of content and allied products/ services

- Holistically craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience through different means such as lessons, activities, projects and assessments

- Benchmark the curriculum with the industry. Implement pedagogical advancements to ensure activity-based engaging learning experience along with clear learning outcomes

- Any other item deemed necessary for fulfilment of role objectives
