You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem. You should excel in working with global stakeholders and have outstanding communication and leadership skills and report to the President.

What You'll Do

- Prepare & maintain list of customers in market segments and select key target accounts for sales /market actions.

- Responsible for Sales and BD related Nos. agreed in annual plan.

- Understanding Customer requirements and deliver through Cross functional teams.

- Interact with design/technical team on the new technologies/requirement of the customer for technology/process up gradation.

- Build company profile and brand image in the market through customer visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, business meets etc.

- Building Effective customer relationship.

- Targeting new customer base.

- Prepare annual budgets.

- You will be interacting with internal stakeholders like Senior and middle management and as well as external stakeholders like customers.

- Work with management to finalize the price for the quotations .

Who You Are ?

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engg is essential and Master Degree in Electronics / MBA will be an added advantage.

- A strong business knowledge in electronics background with 18+ years in Indian Defense sales & BD knowledge / experience.

- Should have experience in managing Semiconductor OR Engineering Service customers.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Communication skills both in written and verbal form are imperative for the Director of Sales and should have exceptionally good communication skills in his leadership position

- Good problem solving skills and ability to plan and organize.

- The candidate will be consumer and result-oriented, be a creative and strategic thinker, work comfortably in a highly collaborative environment, and will work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment.

- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, having an ability to move a cross-functional group in a unified direction and with a common vision.

- Should be able to prepare various reports like: Annual budget report & sales report etc.
