Title: Asst Manager - Finance

Location : Remote

Purpose of the Role:

- Able to handle independently and lead the following functions in Finance department for a business unit

- Financial Accounting & Control including AR and AP function.

- MIS & Budgeting,

- Auditing

- Costing

Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks :

- Ensure timely book closure & preparation of timely and accurate monthly accounts and reports for operational management

- Raw Materials Cost Accounting and Inventory Control;

- Develop and implementation of Internal control measures in its respective areas

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems.

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts

- Ensure statutory compliances

- Handling Audit

- Team development

Organizational / Management / Leadership Role :

- Bankers

- Auditors

- Tax authorities

Qualification & Experience :

- CA with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification work experience in the respective areas in manufacturing industry having Rs 200 crs (+) revenue.

Skills & Knowledge :

Behavioural Competencies :

- Reasonable financial acumen and understanding of organizational systems and processes.

- Having a reasonable taxation knowledge (Direct + Indirect Taxation)

- Ability to work independently

- Able to lead the team of 4-5 members

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.

- Relevant exposure in ERP environment (ERP Ln will be the added advantage)

- Good ability to work under pressure
