Centrum Wealth Management - Tax Structuring & Estate Planning Role (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas (indicative):
1) Assistance in Estate Tax Planning and Conceptualization and implementation (India and abroad)
2) Advising clients on tax planning and implications - Individual and entity level
3) Drafting and review of legal documents viz. Trust Deeds, Wills, Gift Deeds etc
4) Tax Advisory- Individual level and entity level in India and abroad
5) Citizenship and Residency Planning for individuals
Pre Requisites:
1) Understanding of basic tax laws in India and popular jurisdictions abroad (US, UK, Singapore etc) - Individual and entity level
2) Understanding of common succession laws and estate tax laws in India and abroad (popular jurisdictions)
3) Good communication and legal drafting skills
4) Experience of at least 5- 10 years in Tax restructuring and advisory (individual and entities)
