Designation: CENTRE MANAGER Job Description Our client is looking for a Centre Manager to drive lead generation for the institute. The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech (or minimum Graduate in any field) & MBA from a premier college in India. Prior demonstrated experience in a similar position is a prerequisite. Traits & Personality : As face of a branch, Branch Head leads a team of sales and operations to achieve budgeted targets such as revenue, admissions, collections and operational efficiency resulting in customer satisfaction and overall business growth. - You understand education intuitively and have the ability to enthral a large audience. - You lead from the front. - You have had demonstrated success in an entrepreneurial role. - You possess a deep understanding of competitive & scholastic exams like Jr. Science Olympiad, NTSE, KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced & Olympiads. - You will be an independent entrepreneur within the company's ecosystem leading a territory. - You will be responsible for Academics, Student / Parent satisfaction, results in the Jr. Science Olympiad, NTSE, KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced & Olympiads, and of course business. Roles and Responsibilities - - To achieve the given target of the branch (Takes high degree of responsibility to make all potential schools as our supporting schools.) - To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums as and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors. - To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution. - To ensure recruitment against the vacant position, the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and it's working towards the organizational goal. - Takes the ownership of the Employees' performance and retention. - To update (Verbally and/or Written) your Reporting Manager on the routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO. - To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant. - To take care of month wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensures follows up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum. - Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly update - To maximize the center's revenue collection by offering justified fee concessions and tries to minimize the running cost of the center wherever possible, without affecting the company's norms & standards. Addressing grievances of the branch related issues. Continuously develop new strategies to increase touch-points within a customer's journey in order to optimise conversion rates.
