Centre Manager - Collections - NBFC

Experience: 3 - 8 years plus in collections

Responsibilities:

Collections Management:

- Manage multiple mid-size hybrid collections teams (Telecalling + Field) for banks/NBFCs/Fintechs to deliver on the desired collection metrices

- Meet Collection benchmarks for the given portfolios

- Manage team productivity & attrition

- P&L Accountability

- Team Building | Team Management |Client Relationship Management | Portfolio Performance | P&L Accountability

Requirements:

- Rigour for numbers

- Proven record of managing large teams & ability to handle & deliver in challenging environments.
