Salary Offered : 12-16 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Lead the marketing & community mobilization team to mobilize the students and achieve the admission goals
- Strategize marketing plans and organize marketing activities, work with community influencers and spread brand awareness
- Manage the entire centre operations, implement processes and monitor progress to ensure all Targets are met
- Collaborate with the company's corporate team for tracking the progress of trainers, students and achieve the annual operating plan
- Work closely with training lead/faculty at the centre to ensure overall student development and address any team or student grievances
- Work closely with the placement lead to connect students to progressive careers
- Ensure best classroom experience for the students
- At the end of your first year, success would mean achieving 100% revenue targets for the centre, ensuring student attendance is more than 90%, student dropout is less than 7% and placement rate is more than 80%.
