Centre Head - P&L - Recruitment Business (12-25 yrs)
We are hiring for a Centre Head for our Mumbai centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Centre Head who can lead our team at the Mumbai centre.
Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across these three areas:
Business Planning and P&L Management :
- You are responsible for profitability of the centre and meeting the EBITDA targets
- Prepare the business plan for the team with specific projections for revenue, costs and hiring and ensuring adherence of the same.
- Monitor the plan on a regular basis to identify the variances and suggest corrective measures
- Monitor the team profitability and identify measures to improve profitability.
- Scout any new industries, the centre should start with and execution of the same.
Business Development :
- You are responsible for getting clients for your team
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with Potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure deeper penetration.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their senior leadership.
- To ensure a pipeline of projects and clients for the operations team with steady stream of recruitment assignments
Operations :
- You are responsible for overseeing the delivery from your team
- Analyze the client's requirements.
- Train, mentor and assist the team in sourcing and head hunting relevant profiles
- Oversee the Screening, interview and post interview processes
- Ensure KPI compliance with consistency and in a result driven manner.
People management:
- The face of the centre towards the senior Managing Director and the global leadership.
- Ensure a happy vibe at the centre to achieve results
- Must have some experience in Change management and should be able to handle different personalities at work front.
- Must be able to train and mentor the team
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in the recruitment domain
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and must be driven by results.
- Strong experience in managing a team and leading business development initiatives and managing KPI's.
- Strong network and relations with clients
- Highly energetic and strong desire to succeed is a must.
