Our client is a multinational company with operations across 30 locations in 20 countries worldwide

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head their Global Services office in Hyderabad and managing all aspects of Customer service, Project deliverables and operations.

Reporting to the CIO in the US, you will be :

- Responsible for and accountable for defining, directing, monitoring and managing all service delivery activity and support functions for the group IT needs

- Overseeing the management of operations and internal account management,

- Driving the cost efficiency of the centre, maximizing the India team's throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusive culture of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive the Fulfilment, Service and Operations strategic direction

- Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured through formal and informal feedback.

- Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operational processes and customer servicing functions.

- Drive business growth through partnership with other Onsite Leadership Team to implement solutions for customers globally.

- Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement and personnel development.

- Experience in digital and the ability to understand technology to translate data into key business metrics and decision making.

- Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies. 

- Ability to prioritize company objectives and meet aggressive deadlines. 

Eligibility :

- Experience working with MNC ideally with US-based MNC.

- A minimum of 20+ years of Experience in a similar role in IT engineering / IT Software Industry

- 10+ experience in managing all aspects (Delivery & operations) of an offshore centre 

- Ability to clearly craft, communicate, measure, and manage expectations of stakeholders.

- Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, engineering environment
