CMIE is currently expanding its team of Macro-economic Research Analysts. Candidates who would join the team would necessarily have a Post Graduate Degree in Economics, with good knowledge of Statistics and good writing and communication skills. An understanding of R programming language would be an added advantage.

The job profile includes the following tasks :

- Analyse and report data to explain macro-economic trends.

- Prepare analytical reports at regular intervals.

- Provide updates on latest economic developments.

- Make 5-year projections of major economic indicators.

- Interact with clients and assist them.

The job entails significant learning on a continuous basis.

Compensation is a function of qualifications, work experience and abilities. The CTC could vary between Rs.6 lakhs and Rs 9 lakhs.
