About the role:

As Specialist - Startup Learning, you will be expected to support development and dissemination of learning resources at CIIE.CO and as well as support in designing and conducting training programs for founders, students and other stakeholders in the Indian startup ecosystem. You will also be responsible for related marketing and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & knowledge asset development:

- Undertake desk and primary research involving qualitative and quantitative data, using design thinking principles

- Creating customized long/short media type content narratives for high readability

- Database management to curate and maintain databases of stakeholders

- Developing engagement / outreach content pipeline from research

2. Design:

- Designing reports, infographics, and simple videos with voice-overs

- Designing content (written, video) using SaaS like for example, Canva, InVideo, etc.

3. Instructional public speaking:

- Conducting masterclasses on specific subjects curated in response to customized requirements

4. Operations and Administration:

- Interfacing with other teams for delivery of collaborative work (for delivery of learning programs)

- Engaging and coordinating with participants, mentors, stakeholders

- Venue and equipment booking, as needed

Key Skills/Abilities:

1) Sharp strategic thinking to identify gaps and opportunities that call for learning resources

2) Strong articulation ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills

3) Well informed and engaged with the economic, entrepreneurship, innovation updates

4) Verifiable networks with Indian startups and VCs Basic coding ability

5) Ability to form an informed point of view on topics confidently

Qualification/Experience Required:

- 3-5 years of experience with exposure in design thinking, primary research, and working in / with startups

- Masters in management, business, entrepreneurship or related subjects

- May be an ex-founder / ex-entrepreneur

- Public speaking engagement experience particularly in startup capacity building space

- Prior experience publishing reports and media content
