Job Description :   - We are looking for an Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences for entrepreneurs. You are expected to contribute to the development of high-quality online and offline learning courses and materials in support of various programmes at CIIE.   - The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner through designing.  Duties & Responsibilities :   - Build tools including slide decks, case lets, worksheets, workshops, MOOCs, newsletters, canvases for optimal delivery of the modules.  - Creating the Instructional Design Map, curriculums, Course Outlines, Mockups and Facilitation notes.  Research for both pedagogy and content.  - Design high-quality learning experiences through innovative and learner-centric modules  - Interview start-ups, mentors, experts, and others to analyze and improve content and session design and delivery.  - Assist in workshop facilitation  Qualification & Skills :   - MBA (Any stream)  - Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in designing content and programs  - Data Analysis  - Sound understanding of various concepts related to entrepreneurship  - Self-learner  Excellent Communication  The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
