Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities :
All the candidates must have the following skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Keenness and experience of working with the government
- Excellent project management skills: ability to manage projects & delivery schedules
- Ability to handle large scale programs, and handle multiple stakeholders
- Prior exposure to education sector, public sector, development sector, or consulting is desirable.
- High level of spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi.
Position Qualification
- Senior Programme Manager (State Team Lead) : 6 + years of work experience, preferably at a corporate/ consultancy
- Programme Manager : 3 - 6 years of work experience, preferably at a corporate/ consultancy
