Central Credit Head - HL & LAP

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- Underwriting of HL & LAP Cases upto 10L Centrally - Raised by Field Credit Team

- Managing team of CCM underwriting the daily cases, HO related activities pertaining to regulatory and audit requirements

- Tracking and maintaining daily TAT on Decisioning of cases

- Training to Field Credit Team

- Maintaining KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) as per Risk team requirements & ensuring to be within the threshold limits

- Driving LUC (Loan Utilization Checks) as per Company norms

- Timely reverts on Concurrent Audit observations

Education & Experience :

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably Commerce)

- Min 2 years core Mortgage experience in bank/NBFC

- To be expert in excel (maintaining MIS, calculations, pivot, formulae, etc.)

Technical competencies & skills:

Good communication skills

Should be Good in co-ordination with teams and acting promptly on requirements

Knowing various languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Gujarati would be preferable

Should be based out of Bangalore
