Center Lead - Learning & Development - IT

Role Summary:

Lead the Leadership & Behavioural Learning efforts for 2 large delivery centres and be the global anchor for specific learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Leadership & Behavioural Learning efforts for Bangalore & Hyderabad centres

- Regularly engage with senior stakeholders to drive momentum for learning initiatives

- Conceptualize, design and implement customized learning interventions to cater to the specific needs of the location

- Be the global anchor, design and program manage the execution of some specific learning initiatives

- Design and facilitate leadership development and behavioral learning programs

- Lead a small team of learning specialists to address the learning requirements within the organization

Other pointers:

- Role incumbent will have to travel, as needed to Hyderabad and Pune

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR or a degree in Psychology (preferred)

- Relevant certifications in the Learning & Development space (preferred)
