Key Deliverables : Manage Student lifecycle during the student journey 1. Set up processes and successfully manage them with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Student's Lifecycle Management&nbsp; 2. Co-ordinate with Sales counselors and start the lifecycle of students with AAA. 3. Send the students registration fee receipts from Accounts along with a permanent registration number for all future reference / communication between the student and the academy. 4. Co-ordinate with the LMS admin to create new students log ins 5. Make logistic arrangements and schedule for batch launch working with various stakeholders and successfully launch the new batches. 6. Work with faculty members, understand the principles and systems which work at the academy to create time tables for the students and communicate the same to faculty members as well as the students well in advance. 7. Fee collection - Work with the accounts and ensure all communication with students for timely payment of fee. 8. Student events - end to end Management 9. Help / enable students execute their projects 10. Create event feedback forms and share the same with students, collect analyze and publish the results. 11. Student Communication &amp; Feedback | Manage CONNECT Email ID. 12. Batch close off &amp; certification |Be the point of contact when the academics are over, make sure final exams are taken on time. Provide Printed certificates to students within 15 days of the completion of their program. 13. Manage Placements &amp; Alumni Admin Management : 1. Create and manage admin &amp; facility budgets. Spreadsheet based budgeting activity to be conducted on a monthly basis with records of budgeted and unbudgeted expenses. 2. Manage and keep store of office stationery, printed materials to agreed levels of stock. 3. Manage facilities across NCR from a maintenance point of view, making sure there are enough resources and back up available at each location. 4. Mobilize fixed assets from one location to another as per requirement. 5. Tag and manage fix assets and submit the summary / findings on a quarterly basis with accounts and leadership with estimated costs and depreciation.
