Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Lead Role.
Budget - open (Max upto 35 LPA)
Location - Remote
Notice Period - Immediate
Permanent/Contract - Permanent is preferred (Contract is also fine)
Must have minimum 7 - 15 yrs. of relevant experience on implementing HCM modules like (Compensation and Benefit)
- Should have worked on at-least 2-3 Implementation on Benefit modules.
Must Have skills:
- Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Compensation & Benefits modules.
- Must have knowledge of benefits integration with third party.
- Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required.
- Should have experience in Stakeholder Management and Customer Communication.
- Should be able to handle and support the teams.
- Should show ease in communication and be ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
- Should work independently.
