Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Corporate Manager - Business Development
Overview:
- Responsible for developing business and managing customers for product engineering services in global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive opportunities from lead to deal.
- Understand and develop client needs and client relationships.
- Understand and position company's product engineering services offerings with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing & engineering to submit and close winning product engineering services proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering to manage existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Science (must)
- Diploma/degree in Management (optional)
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in sales/business development:
- Strong individual experience in hunting.
- Strong individual experience in remote selling.
- Selling product development/engineering services.
- Handling clients in USA, Europe & Far East.
- Hardware/software development knowledge.
- Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work from home facility.
Compensation:
- Overall CTC up to Rs. 15L to 20 L, 33% commission payable based on pro-rate achievement up to 100% annual target.
- Upsides for over-achievement of annual target.
