You'll Be Responsible For : - Lead all core aspects of Human Resources and build and grow the Human Resource team and capabilities. This person will manage the following areas within HR: Talent Acquisition, Talent Branding, Learning & Development, Employee Experience and HR Operations. - Seeking out new and innovative solutions to help drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization including performance management, professional development and succession planning etc. - Act as the champion of the culture across the company, identify necessary changes to the culture and drive improvements. This person will ensure the culture is aligned with the business goals and objectives and work closely with the Management on culture transition and development - Own the evolution of the Employer brand and ensure that CEIPAL is consistently looked up to as one of the "Best Places to Work" - Developing and mentoring HR Business Partners for different business units. - Enhance organizational capacity through the development of training, mentoring and other programs focused on professional growth - Oversee and lead all aspects of benefits and compensation.
