KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly interact with dealers, take orders and carry out deliveries in the specific territory
- Ensure prompt supply on time and priority to CEAT exclusives
- Increase the volume of truck tyre sales and retread customers
- Coordinate with the regional manager in realization of quarterly sales targets and inputs from market and field interaction
- Assess customer requirements, handle queries and product feedback
- Make sales pitches and work in tandem with the regional manager to acquire new customers and retain existing clientele
- Tie up with fleet owners for developmental initiatives and branding of CEAT exclusive retail outlets
- Administer various discounts and schemes to dealers in the territory.
- Adherence to commercial policies of the company.
