- The purpose of Contract Delivery Services is to be recognized as a world class delivery organisation supporting the end to end L2C process on behalf of BT's largest corporate customers, ensuring end to end delivery of service requests, projects and customer billing
Why this job matters :
Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services, for one or more medium-high size/complexity contracts, are delivered to the requirements of BT's Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls are met.
What I'll be doing - your accountabilities :
The CDM Professional is functionally aligned to one or more of the following activities supporting one or more medium contracts:
- The management of delivery of managed billing including dispute resolution, customer PO management and reporting, unbilled and debt
- The management of delivery of end to end commercial, cost and service inventory including inventory build, cleanse, maintenance, management and data assurance
- The management of delivery of end to end supplier management which includes the management of contract level third party relationships, managing supplier performance, managing supplier pricing and negotiations, validation and approval of invoices as well as dispute management and resolution
- The management of contract level cost and revenue assurance activities including resource reconciliation, TPCA, product and third party cost validation.
- The role holder may manage a small team supporting the functional delivery of the role
