Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA Role: Analyst/Project Associate Experience: 0-2 years Education Qualification: MBA, Masters in Social Work or in related areas like Development, Economics etc, Job Description: - Expected to conduct statistical and descriptive analysis on project data (Social and non Social sectors) and create dashboards based on analysis and insights to be presented to clients. - Expected to look at multiple social / non social datasets and come up with statistical models. - Expected to design hypothesis, questionnaires and write reports on research / social projects - Expected to develop expertise in using digital tools for administering surveys / questionnaires and for creating dashboards and presenting data through presentations. - Expected to closely work with the client and CDFI technical teams to define and meet the client requirements on data analysis and dashboards and enrich CDFI products (CDFI has its own products for data collection and creating dashboards) - Expected to contribute to organization resources like brochures, write ups, blogs, videos etc. on the various social projects. - Expected to travel to field locations and work along with field teams in implementation of CDFI innovations. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Project Associate): Essentials: - Experience in desiginging questionaires, analyzing data and writing reports - Experience and experience in statistical analysis using tools such as R, Python, Strata, MatLab, SPSS, excel etc. - Experience in social sector and social projects specifically in the areas of DBT, Financial Inclusion, SHGs, maternal and child health, agriculture, rural development, education and nutrition - Methodical and organized, with an ability to work with limited supervision - Knowhow, passion and perseverance to work with government and in social sector - Ability to understand and appreciate technology solutions at a high-level, and talk technically if required. - Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Desired: - Understanding of the factors which contribute to the design of surveys from the user perspective. - Prior experience in deploying digital solutions for the government and resolving issues reported and engaging with officials at the District administration and State Government level. - Ability to understand basic technical problems (especially of users not having experience with technology) and basic troubleshooting capability. - Ability to impart training to field staff. - Exposure to Data collection tools and collecting primary data. - Exposure to using MS-Office tools, especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel is an added advantage.
