Location: Indore Position: CBU Head Experience: At least 20 years experience in Metal Processing (Copper, Aluminium, Zinc & Steel - in this order) - B to B with Large multinationals (defense, electrical) Knowledge required: Experience in handling Marketing and Operations of the Business unit or the region handled preferably from the Metal Processing Industry space. Responsibilities: - Develop long and short-term operational strategies for growth. - Develop and manage budgets for operations, inventories, daily costs, etc. - Drive and manage sales overall. - Strategise and supervise better marketing and branding activities. - Meet revenue and profit targets. - Developing and multiplying product sales through online and offline channels - Communication and involvement to brand principles - Will be responsible for overall profitability of the company - Responsible for operating a profitable and sustainable retail business that will compete effectively in the market. - Managing day-to-day finances as well as long term capital requirements - Managing and developing franchise operations and growth for multiple countries
