About the Role:
- Spearhead and develop a new line of business for the company
- Build an outreach channel & forge client relationships with CBIX project owners
- Forge alliances with Architects, Developers and other industry stakeholders
- Build & develop a team to execute, service & support the new LoB
- Increase CBIX' knowledge base with relevant sectoral expertise and insights
- Actively liaison with CBIX Product & Marketing teams to integrate the new service and build a support infrastructure
Qualities Required:
- Infrastructure/Construction/Real-Estate Industry Experience
- Customer centricity & professional service outlook
- Ability & willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
