Chief Executive Officer - Commercial Leasing

At CBIX we are launching a new Commercial Leasing initiative alongside our existing suite of business services through our online platform www.cbix.in

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial executive to lead this new vertical for the company in the capacity of a CEO.

The CEO will :

- Work to build a world-class commercial leasing operation with a premium and seamless O2O experience establishing CBIX as the go-to name for clients with office and commercial space requirements.

- Lead the vertical from a strategy, structuring, planning and financing perspective

- Assume complete operational responsibility for the vertical and work with the founding team on developing it into a viable standalone business.

- Work with other operating arms of the company to ensure a coordinated brand-image and customer experience.

Ideal candidates would :

- Have significant experience and knowledge of the CRE industry, its dynamics, stakeholders and economics.

- Be entrepreneurial, dynamic, rounded and effective leaders interested in a challenging and ambitious assignment

- Come with a stellar operational track record and proven ability to lead teams in uncertain and complex endeavors
